Jack’s career has focused on bridging creative design with practical, buildable solutions—bringing outdoor spaces to life through thoughtful planning, sustainable practices, and quality execution.

From residential gardens to large-scale commercial developments, Jack has led projects from concept through to completion, managing everything from client consultations and design development to on-site supervision, procurement, and contractor coordination. Jack takes pride in delivering landscapes that are not only visually impactful but also functional, resilient, and tailored to the people who use them.

Sam is an Architect and Landscape Designer with over a decade of hands-on industry experience. As Creative Director at Esker, he leads the studio’s design approach with a focus on clarity, buildability, and considered use of materials.

His work is grounded in a close relationship between design and construction, using rigorous research and high-quality digital modelling to develop robust, well-resolved schemes. Sam values collaboration and works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver thoughtful, enduring environments.
