We’re looking for an experienced Landscaper Operative to work alongside our team delivering high-quality, design-led gardens across Oxford and the surrounding counties.

This role suits someone who:

  • Takes real pride in workmanship

  • Understands levels, setting out & technical detailing

  • Has experience in hard landscaping (stone, paving, timber, groundwork)

  • Works professionally, safely and respectfully on site

  • Wants to work with a small, ambitious company as a subcontractor

We operate to a high standard. Our projects demand care, precision and attention to detail — from groundworks through to the final finish.

Design Assistant / technician

We’re seeking an experienced freelance technician to work alongside our team delivering high-quality, design-led gardens and technical consultancy packages.

This role suits someone who:

  • Takes real pride in workmanship

  • Understands construction information, consultant data, levels, setting out & technical detailing

  • Vectorworks proficient

  • Wants to work with a small, ambitious company as on a freelance basis.
